To chat with DORA on Facebook, click on "Message" at the top of the Missouri Department of Revenue Facebook page. Type "Get Started" and then type your question. "Get Started" and then type your question. DORA does not respond to comments on Facebook posts.

Based on your question and agent availability, you can Chat with a Live
Agent *!

*Please note, the "Chat with a Live Agent" option will only appear if an agent
is available to chat, based on your question and agent availability. Live agents are not currently
available through
Facebook or SMS text.
The following tips are recommended to ensure you get
the most accurate responses:
- Ask questions related to Tax, Motor Vehicle and Driver License
- Ask follow up questions to chatbot's responses
- Visit the content sources by clicking on the links in chatbot's responses
- Chat with a live agent (when available) or send an email if your question is specific to your personal inquiry
